Pengaruh Flexible Working Arrangement Terhadap Organizational Attractiveness: Studi Pada Generasi Z Dengan Mediator Work-Life Balance

Fenomena job hopping yang sering terjadi pada Generasi Z menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan daya tarik organisasi guna mempertahankan para talenta muda ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh flexible working arrangement (FWA) terhadap organizational attractiveness (OA) pada Generasi Z dengan work-life balance sebagai variabel mediator. Generasi Z yang mendominasi angkatan kerja modern memiliki preferensi terhadap fleksibilitas kerja dan keseimbangan antara kehidupan pribadi dan profesional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner elektronik yang disebarkan kepada individu berusia 18-26 tahun yang pernah atau sedang bekerja pada perusahaan dengan kebijakan kerja fleksibel, menghasilkan 211 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian mencakup Flexible Working Options Questionnaire (FWOQ), work-life balance scale, dan organizational attractiveness scale. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan simple mediation analysis Model 4 dari Process Hayes Macro v.4.2 by Andrew F. Hayes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa FWA berpengaruh langsung dan positif terhadap OA, serta work-life balance memediasi hubungan tersebut secara parsial.
